The Possum Point Players Radio Theater Live!
Saturday, FEB 7 and Sunday, FEB 8, 2026
Both Shows 2:00p at Possum Hall Theater  / All Seats: $10.00

Celebrate Valentine’s Day a little early! Join us for a re-creation of an old-time radio broadcast from the 1940s as we present a fun-filled program of merriment and laughs, all for just $10 a ticket. It’s a celebration of spring and love as we approach Valentine’s Day.

After a brief introduction to some of the popular shows of the “Golden Age of Radio”, we’ll be presenting an episode of Our Miss Brooks in Spring Cleaning and one of our favorite couples, Blondie and Dagwood Bumstead in Blondie Gets a Valentine. But just for fun, we’ll take a not so serious look at a beloved institution that we all are likely to deal with at some point, in Social Security or the Challenge of Bureaucracy.
Love of sport has also brought both joy and sorrow to many a fan throughout history. With spring training beginning, we conclude with the classic look at the national pastime as seen through the eyes of Abbott and Costello in Who’s on First?

Our cast includes Reif Anderson, Bryan Gadow, Thom Harris, Carole and George Mason, EJ Panico, Tony Pierantozzi,  Jean Stern, Pete Stoehr, Carol Richardson, Bernie Noeller on sound, and director Marilyn Ransom Noeller.
